Checkout Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely at checkout. A non-refundable 3.5% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions to cover third-party payment processing costs.

This processing fee is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes to reservations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the scheduled reservation or service may be eligible for a refund of the base amount paid.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled reservation or service are non-refundable.

Processing Fees

  • All credit card processing fees (3.5%) are non-refundable, even if a cancellation qualifies for a refund of the base amount.

  • Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
