Cab Franc

Cabernet Franc is a red wine grape originally from France, particularly the Loire Valley and Bordeaux regions, and is widely grown in South and North America.

Cabernet Franc is known for its red fruit flavors such as strawberry and raspberry, complemented by herbal notes like bell pepper, along with peppery spice, chili pepper, and subtle mineral characteristics often described as crushed gravel.

Lemberger

Lemberger is a dark-skinned grape varietal originating in Germany, Austria, and Hungary in the 19th century.

Lemberger is known for its black fruit flavors such as blackberry, black cherry, and plum, often complemented by notes of dark chocolate, peppery spice, and subtle floral aromas.

Riesling

Riesling is a white wine grape that originated in the Rhine region of Germany.

It is one of the most popular white wines, alongside Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

Depending on the climate and growing region, flavor profiles can range from lime and citrus to pineapple, melon, and stone fruit.

Pinot Noir Precoce

Pinot Noir Précoce is a dark, blue-black–skinned grape varietal and a natural mutation of Pinot Noir, distinguished by its shorter ripening season. Originating in France, it is now grown worldwide, primarily in cooler climate regions.

Flavor profiles typically include red berries, dried herbs, earthy undertones, and frequent notes of spice, with subtle vanilla and oak influences.
