This is a class that you won’t want to miss! We will be tasting Pinot Noir from the Willammette Valley in horizontal fashion. The wines are the same vintage..just grown in very diffrent soil types. This is your chance to really experience wine characterstics (aroma, taste, texture and finish) based on where the vines are grown. We will discuss soil, in detail, and what makes each soil type different from the others in terms of its efects on the vines and grapes.
